Pun Chun @ Kota Kemuning

I have been visiting Pun Chun original shop in Bidor since i was young. Dad used to bring us there whenever we were either on the way to or from Ipoh. Located just next to the busy main road of Bidor, the shop is always crowded, especially weekends and holidays. Many small traders set up the stalls selling famous Bidor guava and also petai. I heart their moon cakes too, especially the 冰皮 version. Going to get some during the next Mooncake festival :-)

Pun Chun opened its branch at Kota Kemuning sometime ago, which i do not really know when. Kota Kemuning has become my favourite "cari makan" place whenever i am around that area for job engagement. Many good eateries have been established, and many have received good response and comments. One of it is Pun Chun... Drop by to try this when i was around that area to meet up my team members...

Pun Chun is famous for its duck noodles, and also some local foods like wantan mee and etc. They are also selling local snacks such as TaoSahPeah, HeongPeah and so on, which they sourced it from other suppliers...They are also famous for their own version of Chicken Biscuits, but i didn't see it in Kota Kemuning's shop....

Tempting green chilis...

Duck Noodles - Dry version
Noodles are in "kon-loh" style, springy enough.
I heart the duck soup very much. Aromatic with the herbs, and the duck meat was very tender too. Soup was very sweet, the way i like it....

Wantan mee, which comes with a small bowl of wantan. Same version of dry noodles as the duck noodles, the BBQ meat looked very yummy ehh :p
No complains from my "makan kaki" so i guessed it tasted fine...

Ordered another bowl of wantan to share. Very meaty with shrimp added
~~ Slurrppp ~~

Normal Nasi Lemak
I guessed the rice was cooked with some spices thats why the color was yellowish.
Like the hard boiled egg very much ^_^

Drinks wise, they offer normal local drinks like coffee, tea, herbal tea and etc, so nothing to comment about. Price of the foods range from RM4 - RM9 per portion, if i am not mistaken. The bill for 7 of us came to approximately RM60++, so you make the calculation....
