Black Charcoal Swiss Roll

What do you think is this????

Was buying some egg tarts from Tong Kee Confectionery @ Sri Petaling on last Saturday, my eyes were directed to this....it's black in color, and it's kept in fridge. It's called Black Charcoal Swiss Roll....Apa itu Black Charcoal??? Go google search la...haha... Well, many bakeries in town have introduced Black Charcoal bread. I have yet to try that, but i decided to try this Black Charcoal Swiss Roll out of curiosity....


I was staring at it before i finally wallop it. Wondering how it tasted at first, i found it really fluffy, smooth and silky. Wonder how they manage to bake the swiss roll until this quality. Was it because of the black charcoal effect? Not really sure... The swiss roll is actually very small in size, they do offer the standard size swiss roll but i bought the mini swiss roll. It's priced at RM3.20 for this mini roll, which i thought was over priced at first, but now i understand it's worth the price...
